I don’t take insurance. I provide clients with a superbill at the end of the month with all of the information needed for clients to directly seek reimbursement from their own insurance company.

Therapy is only offered for residents of California, Oregon and Washington states.

About:

Dr. Davina Kotulski is a clinical psychologist who has helped clients move through fear, self-doubt, transition, creative blocks, grief, loss and trauma to become resilient, empowered and successful individuals.

Dr. Davina graduated from the California School of Professional Psychology (Alameda-CA) in 1996 with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. She worked for over thirteen years as a psychologist in prison settings, first with male inmates for the California Department of Corrections and then with female inmates at the Federal Correctional Institution in California. The focus of her work was helping inmates recover from addiction and trauma, build self-esteem and pro-social values, and find their positive passion for life. She has presented at the Association of Women in Psychology Annual Conference and the American Society of Corrections Conference.

Dr. Kotulski has consulted with universities, residential treatment centers with high risk adolescents, rape trauma centers, and the Anthony Robbins Foundation Prison Summit.  Dr. Kotulski was an adjunct professor of psychology and counseling at Holy Names Names University, John F. Kennedy University, the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University and New College of San Francisco.

Dr. Davina Kotulski identifies as non-binary, LGBTQ and uses the pronouns she or they and hers or theirs. Dr. Davina has had to live with binary designators for most of their life and is happy to finally have a choice. That being said, Dr. Davina offers you to use the pronouns that are most comfortable for you. Just don’t call Dr. Davina “ma’am” or “miss.”
